No structured compensation model The 360 reviews make no impact as the decision maker is your manager. Be careful in assessing your supervisor, you will never be praised for anything you do unless you know how to butter them. Most of them have philosophical preference over contribution mindset. All they mention and rant about is their vague principles when it comes about compensation enhancement. But for work, the model is “More is always less”. Not a great place to start your career.
