Great bonuses if you move cases consistently. Team leads are very kind and helpful care for your success. Generally good with pto and time off requests. The firm wants to keep you here and always tries to get you to succeed, very difficult to be let go unless absolutely needed, so its nice that they care. Overall nice people and ambience

Clients. Not the firms fault but because of the rep they are very entitled and if theres an issue with them its your fault - we cant control the clients, we try and try and were made to be the issue. Caseload - 90 plus active cases to manage, not including non active cases where its settled and you have to close them, overloaded with work which leads to burnout and stress no matter how good you are.
