Pros

Unfortunately any pros that existed before, no longer exist. This firm has grown too big and they have lost sight of the most important thing that made them successful, clients satisfaction.

Cons

No advancement opportunities, dead end in terms of promotions. Managers and directors could care less about employees and clients. They will pass on the blame just to keep their positions. All they care about is making money and signing up as many cases as possible regardless of quality. I've never seen turnover like I've seen at this firm, they fire people like if it was going out of style. Management does not want to hear suggestions. They expect people to keep their mouth shut or get fired. The law applies to every other business except his own. No training whatsoever, learn as you go or you're the one to go. Low wages compared to other firms in the area. Subpar health insurance unless you're an attorney. Expect to work on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, talk about being greedy. PTO takes forever to accumulate unless you've been there 15+ years. Bonuses are offered in certain departments while others get nothing. Forget about overtime, they will do everything possible to avoid paying.

Pros

Amazing culture and people to work with. No stress from work. Pay is okay. But compared to other positions like mine below average but pays the bills. Relaxed atmosphere as long as you don’t take advantage.

Cons

No WFH opportunities or even hybrid

Pros

Not many to list. Pay is not terrible. Freedom & minimal office rules if that's your preference.

Cons

Nobody would believe that this is America's Largest PI Firm based on the way this office looks. There are broken desks, broken doors, broken toilets, no air conditioning in the lobby, mismatched desks and paint colors on the walls, stains in the carpet, and yard sale style fold out table for the office mail table. Company dress code is not enforced to any degree. Staff comes into the office intoxicated or high on marijuana (causing the entire office to smell of weed). Staff comes in and out of the office whenever they please - no regard to the hours they are scheduled to work. The amount of interoffice drama is extreme due to lack of management. The workload is also extreme. Something changes with policies, procedures, or case management software weekly. You are expected to hit metrics and goals that do NOT benefit the clients - only the firm. Numerous complaints reported to HR including racial slurs being used and no action was taken.
