Pros
Incentive trips, good work environment, flexibility. (Rather than incentive trips, M&M should try giving bonuses and raises so their employees can take vacations with their families instead of going on a work trip)
Cons
COMPENSATION. Employees are not paid well. They hire young and straight out of school because they do not want to pay experienced employees. CLIENTELE. The majority of clients treat you horribly.
