I joined Morgan & Morgan almost one year ago. I left a very stable job to join the firm. It was a difficult decision for me, as I was a senior partner at my previous firm and I formed many good friendships with my law partners over the years. When an opportunity came to work for Morgan & Morgan, I met with several of the partners in Tampa, as well as John Morgan himself. After meeting John and the other partners, I was immediately hooked. I could not have been more impressed with the the firm's character and ideals. It was a perfect personality fit for me and I was welcomed into the firm and treated as if I had been life long friends with my new partners. Everyone I have met over the past year is truly happy coming to work every day and they all care very sincerely about the service we provide to our clients. I, too, am very happy to come to work every day, knowing that I am part of a firm made up of such talented and committed lawyers. I will remain a Morgan & Morgan attorney for the rest of my career. Knowing how many people we help every day is very fulfilling. One of the best attributes of the firm is that I am surrounded by a large group of skilled attorneys, which makes me a better attorney individually. Love this firm.
Cons
The only downside is the pressure that comes along with having clients' future in my hands. Regardless, this would be true at any firm.
