      Pros

      The office atmosphere is great. The attorneys I work with are not only the best at what they do, but they are always willing to lend a hand or sit down and discuss a case. No giant egos here, just a good group of hard working, down to earth, intelligent lawyers, all of them extremely accomplished and knowledgeable in their respective practice areas. We are passionate about our clients, and customer service is a top priority.

      Fast pace and high case loads - but having work is a good thing!

      1. Legal tech domain is quite "frontier": interesting problem space 2. AI tooling availability has been above average (custom skills, agents, commands). 3. "extreme" ownership

      Cons

      1. Pay is atrocious 2. Can't attract high-quality talent due to (1) 3. No upwards growth - haven't seen a promotion in engineering in the time I've been here. 4. Management vision is uninspiring and outdated.
