Pros

The company seemed pretty organized. They had software made for law firms to keep track of your "to do's". They had a well run mail room. They celebrated birthdays once a month and provided lunch every once in a while for the employees.

Cons

The company was very fast paced, so if you couldn't keep up, you were out of a job. They definitely played favorites. They would move people around to different positions within the company and hire someone new, then let the new person go if that other person wanted to come back to that position. The person in HR liked having the control she was given. However, the partners of the company did not always agree and did not get along with HR causing the employees to sometimes get screwed over.

Pros

Not many to list. Pay is not terrible. Freedom & minimal office rules if that's your preference.

Cons

Nobody would believe that this is America's Largest PI Firm based on the way this office looks. There are broken desks, broken doors, broken toilets, no air conditioning in the lobby, mismatched desks and paint colors on the walls, stains in the carpet, and yard sale style fold out table for the office mail table. Company dress code is not enforced to any degree. Staff comes into the office intoxicated or high on marijuana (causing the entire office to smell of weed). Staff comes in and out of the office whenever they please - no regard to the hours they are scheduled to work. The amount of interoffice drama is extreme due to lack of management. The workload is also extreme. Something changes with policies, procedures, or case management software weekly. You are expected to hit metrics and goals that do NOT benefit the clients - only the firm. Numerous complaints reported to HR including racial slurs being used and no action was taken.
