This review cuts us to the quick. When EDs choose to walk out without notice, it reveals the degree to which they truly care about their team and our residents. That character quality does not comport with MorningStar’s core values. A preponderance of evidence attests to the unfairness of these allegations. Culture is the centerpiece of MorningStar, the air we breathe. It’s our brand turned inward, toward each other as teammates, in joint service to seniors.
