Full of "Green Tea Bs" for servers - Server MorningStar Senior Living Employee Review

The servers that I worked with were very hard to make friends with. This is just from my experience, but most of the servers were high school students and they would try everything they can to make other servers who they think look weak look bad at doing their job when they (including me) were just doing our best. Mind you I was in college at the time. Some of us had reported this behavior to our manager, except those high school student servers have a close relationship with the manager. You can guess whose side the manager was on. As a result, some of the servers quit. I decided to stay since nothing really bad happened to me just yet, until one day those green tea bees managed to get me fired for something I didn't do. I don't know how they did it, because I had no proof. Even if I tried to explain myself, the supervisor would think I'm lying. If you're shy and timid like me, those servers would tear you up. I recommend working here if you have good social skills and are quick about your wits.
