Pros

The people were nice and very good at teaching you how to do the job.

Cons

The work itself was repetitive. They claim it's something new every week, but the only things different are the projects to work on. You're just mainly just drilling, screwing, and wiring the whole time.

Good pay, dont have to ask for raise

Cons

Can be chaotic depending what branch you work in, if you're a "bindbuster" or you do commissioning, you can be significantly less competent than those doing the project based work, yet the projects guys don't seem to get paid as much.
