Pros

The team is very supportive. No limits for hardworking people. I started as a trainee and I worked for couple of years and grew fast. Technology wise they always work on latest stuff.

Cons

nothing that i can think of in particular but work pressure can be further reduced.

The CEO, Euan Blair, is an inspiring leader who speaks with a ton of conviction and authenticity. Also the scrappiness of the start up led to the ability to gain solid work experience and explore new ideas.

Cons

Business strategy is in complete disarray, especially for the US expansion - which is completely flopping as they just laid off 1/3 of their US staff. Constant pivots, communication breakdowns everywhere you look, unreasonable expectations and pressure, misalignment across senior leadership team, inability to innovate the product or stand up against existing competitors in the market, and missing revenue targets year after year.
