5yIt’s extremely disheartening to hear that your experience was not a positive one. The work that we do at NCSA is indeed fast-paced and with that comes certain standards for performance and reliability. However, we understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance and we make a conscious effort to support our teammates and empower them to maintain the appropriate balance for themselves. Despite the ongoing pandemic, we provided more promotional opportunities to our teammates and more support remotely last year than we have ever before. We also provided a significant amount of benefits specific to time away from the role for those in need that was exercised by many. We will continue to listen to our teammates, make the appropriate changes to enhance the overall experience, and invest in our people as they are biggest and most important element to our success as a company.
