Pros
A lot of smart and cooperative people work at NNG with whom it could be really fun to work with. There is a high degree of freedom to try and learn new things or introduce new methodologies. The work environment is really comfy and nice, there are free coffee, tea and some relaxation opportunities in the office (darts, table football, massage chairs, etc). The cafateria system is very satisfying and including a health insurance. Also, the corporate marketing is really good.
Cons
NNG struggles since it has been no more a start-up and the CEO (Péter Balogh) has left the company. Numerous bad management decisions obstruct the further improvement, company level changes can be performed really slowly. There are no solid processes, documentation, quality assurance needs to be improved urgently, test automation is still just a "nice to have" thing. Promotions and position changes are more based on personal acquaintances than professional reasons. There are quite a lot incompetent people in leader positions. Salaries (especially for test automation engineers) are below the market average, there could be some really shocking examples. Extra hours are not payed at all. There are only just a few training possibilities. Company culture is disagreeable sometimes, sexism is a thing there, ufortunately.
