In its current state, I can’t think of anything. Used to be a good place to work, but has been long gone.

Cons

Complete lack of humanity in leadership, workers are cogs that can be disposed at any time. Only repetitive maintenance projects, no long-term future.

Pros

Great coworkers and wonderful talent. Every project was unique and exciting. This review only reflects management and the company as a whole.

Cons

Awful management. Horrible temp CEO. Owners and management don't communicate and have no clue what direction they want to take the company in. Ultimately this company is a sinking ship.
