Lot of home office, ok salary (if you are new), good work-life balance (meaning that there's not much work to do), lot of freedom, mostly kind people

Mass releases all the time, your position won't be secure even for a year, financial problems with less and less income, no salary review, lazy and unprofessional management, lack of transparency, lack of ambition, false promises and lies from the top management, overall bad mood and uncertainty
