Great Team! - Hospital Manager NVA Employee Review

I think the corporation operates amazingly considering they do not enforce uniformed change across all facilities and branding of all their clinics. Each clinic operates different from the next and if a hospital is having issues, it is most likely the problems of it's past not necessarily NVA. All hospitals can have issues, but there are proper channels to reach out to for resolution and support. When the structure and culture are in place to operate the way it is suppose to , every clinic would see success. The fact that it is "corporate" gives room to grow from any position within a clinic to management and beyond.
