Ability to have a stake in a practice, as a part of the leadership team in how the practice runs and what we stand for. Although we are a part of a larger group of hospitals, we are still able to maintain our identity as a practice. As a Hospital Manager, I am also learning much more in the business aspects of running a hospital that I experiences prior to

Training was not the best/clear when we first joined, but has been much improved for hospital managers to ensure success through support from division leaders and coworkers
