Pros

There are a few great leaders here that are amazing to work with. You can be lucky enough to work with some nice people on your team. Everyone really does care about the animals.

Cons

The company is growing at such an accelerated rate that there are a lot of growing pains. Management cannot agree on anything, everyone sees and wants to take different directions and work culture is, quite frankly, a mess. There has been such a fast pace and high turn-around that no one has taken the time to hear minor and major pains from ground level employees. There used to be a lot of heart into this company but now it is all focused on revenue. Pretty much everyone hired within the last year is a former consultant and if you didn't graduate from an Ivy League/Blue-Chip college and have your MBA, good luck getting hired.

Pros

Helps the hospital afford things such as advanced monitoring equipment

Cons

Took away all part time employees benefits such as pto, sick time, and holiday pay. They tried to “smooth it over” by doing a calculation based on how much you worked the past two years that decides how much of a “bonus” you get every 6 months to make up for taking away our pto, sick time and holiday pay. It’s been 7 months and we have yet to receive that. Also this is only for 2 years and then after that you’re SOL.
