Pros

Nada, once NVA strangled the soul out of us.

Cons

This seems to be a running theme in these reviews- Clinics run well- in a bonded manner with long term employees- until NVA begins it's reign. The clinic I worked at was a fluid, non-dramatic place until NVA allowed a "cauldron of chaos" to brew. Deviousness, ineptitude, & COMPLETE disrespect for those who had been at the clinic WELL before they bought it, lead to ALL the people who worked there (when NVA took over 2 months before) to be let go 1 by 1 within the same 2 week span- including the ONLY doctor! Their deception & fearmongering (rather than effective, positive leadership style) caused my co-workers to cry on more than 1 occasion, as well as the members of our staff to be completely gobsmacked almost daily at their bankrupt morals & intentional mayhem (which I've been shown since- NVA seems to look favourably upon).

Pros

Helps the hospital afford things such as advanced monitoring equipment

Cons

Took away all part time employees benefits such as pto, sick time, and holiday pay. They tried to “smooth it over” by doing a calculation based on how much you worked the past two years that decides how much of a “bonus” you get every 6 months to make up for taking away our pto, sick time and holiday pay. It’s been 7 months and we have yet to receive that. Also this is only for 2 years and then after that you’re SOL.
