Pros
Benefits. Really great team members at the hospitals. Always meeting new coworkers.
Cons
Company grew rapidly and lost it's focus on providing support to the hospitals they acquire. They appear to value degrees and youth vs. experience and tenure. This means if you are a long term operator without a degree and/or many years behind you- you will be a dinosaur. Your pay will reflect your lack of status. Your growth in the company will be dependant on your supervisor- who very likely has their own personal agenda that doesn't include your growth. Constant turnover.
