Pros

Nothing I am aware of.

Cons

My clinic (which to be fair already has issues) was purchased by NVA in 2022. By 2023 it was a nightmare to work there. All the promises we were given when we were purchased were lies. Minimal wage increases if anything, and no bonuses. Management became useless and even after multiple attempts to get corporate HR to intervene and help there were no changes at all. So disappointed in the way things were handled. I left in early 2023 and many staff followed me. I am glad others obviously had a better experience based on some of these reviews, but I am shocked that is the case. Not a positive experience for me or my colleagues at all. Also of note - I was at my clinic for close to 5 years, one of the longest running employees, and I was treated terribly for the last several months I was there. I was only employed by NVA for less than a year.

Pros

Helps the hospital afford things such as advanced monitoring equipment

Cons

Took away all part time employees benefits such as pto, sick time, and holiday pay. They tried to “smooth it over” by doing a calculation based on how much you worked the past two years that decides how much of a “bonus” you get every 6 months to make up for taking away our pto, sick time and holiday pay. It’s been 7 months and we have yet to receive that. Also this is only for 2 years and then after that you’re SOL.
