Pros
-Benefits are good and what you expect from a corporation-medical, dental, eye, ability to purchase life/disability/variety of other insurances -Continuing education availability is present but limited
Cons
-They do not value their veterinarians at all. They did not communicate with our veterinarian staff. -Multiple veterinarians have put in their notice and they have not asked if there is something that needs to be changed. They have not spoke with or addressed any concerns of the veterinarian staff. -There were not honest when they took over the business. As soon as the owner retired, they locked the computer system and would not let there be any changes. -They offer bonuses for the technicians/receptionist if quarterly profits are made, but they do not offer them to the veterinarians. The do offer a yearly bonus for the office manager.
