The company offers remote flexibility and operates within a growing, dynamic industry. Cons: In my short time at NVA, I found the onboarding process and internal communication less structured than I expected for a company of this size. The expectations around role clarity, tools, and support were not aligned with what was initially communicated. Culturally, I found it challenging to find alignment, and it quickly became clear that it was not the right environment for me.
