Pros
You can trade big pieces of your time & life to make money.
Cons
- Nepotism - Mid / upper level managers won’t answer teams messages - Unethical distribution of leads - Mafia - minus intelligence, being organized, and strength - Leadership never takes accountability, will try to talk accountability to employees though - View people who make suggestions & present a problem / solution as a threat & insubordinate - Attempt to manage by fear - Send out hype videos to the sales floor from the in person office culture in 2017 - Current fully remote culture is nothing like that & the overwhelming majority of the people in the videos no longer work at NDR - High turn over - 2024 hired & onboarded 850+ people due to horrific turnover rate - “Woke” - This is the only company I’ve ever seen where the topic of racism came up multiple times - Very dark history of causing mental issues, mental breakdowns, substance abuse, overdoses - NDR has been sued multiple times from their employees - Love to send emails to the company about building mental resilience at work to justify their poor culture, management, and systems - They pay for employees to have a free subscription to the calm app in an attempt to gaslight & condone their weak structure - Do not work here if you have a strong moral compass - No question the most incompetent IT department I’ve ever seen - Teams chats used for support for sales reps frequently go unanswered especially during the weekends - There are people from the upper level all the way to a customer service rep who will not answer a Microsoft teams message - it’s acceptable. It’s the culture. - A lot of these 5 star reviews are fake & you’ll notice they are dumped in clusters - They will wait until a sales rep has their first good month & then immediately hound them to fill out a survey once they know what their commission will be - By your 5th day of onboarding you’ll have received 220+ emails - 2 stars because you can trade big pieces of time & life for $ here - Almost no one I met at NDR intended to stay there longterm - Leadership is so inept they would rather focus on trying to control the perception of NDR & reputation as opposed to actually solving any of the problems
