Pros

None, not a one. I really can't think of one

Cons

The reviews that are positive are completely made up by management/HR. FACT: Glassdoor is blocked from NSM's servers. My whole interview was, how much do you bill per month? Past that, they didn't ask for one reference. That should've been a red flag. They made a series of promises over a 6 month courting period and then I signed up. They sent me a laptop and I guessed what the password was... That was the extent of my training. I stuck it out for 3 years and 18 bozo managers (most fired). I've never seen such a poorly run company. When I did meet with the CEO at the time his kind words were "welcome aboard and , don't steal from me". To management you're just a number. Not what you bring to the table, but how much you delivered and how little you complain. My WIP was over 2 million and I was averaging 100k in sales per month. That's 5% processing. That's horrible. My referral sources would beg me to go to a different company. They knew that it wasn't me, but that the back office couldn't process orders. I would sit with the rehab directors and show them the eval date, when I submitted my specks and then nothing would move. I'd still get the call every month, please put out what you can, my job depends on it, the investors aren't happy, etc They will have these yearly meetings and they'd say, you have the same problems as the next ATP. I'd say, if that's the case, what are you doing about it? Management surrounds themselves with yes men and just point fingers. I would say, I'm he one in front of the clients and PT's not you and I'm not going to lie for you. I used to love being an ATP, but NSM took all the life out of that. Ever since resigning my life got 100% better. I can't believe I wasted so much time and effort there.

Pros

Helping the customers and remote work

Cons

They want you doing 40-60 orders a day. A call will last 10-13 min with a dr. Call a prior Authorization will take 15-30 min depending how many items are on an order. You work an 8 hr day and they will expect you to do more. Sorry but that math doesn’t add up I guess I should have just pushed orders through instead of reviewing documentation and Order form PPW like others have. They put you on a review and when you ask for help you get a 1 time phone call with manager and touch two orders only in an hour and a half so in four weeks when you ask for support or help you are told sorry we are busy. Training also need a lot of help.
