Nerdery is going through rough times. The new CEO genuinely cares about the company but has no vision, and the damage done by the old CEO, and his appointees on the leadership team, is irreparable. From Delivery to Client Growth, it’s bleeding - incompetent people keep getting promoted. They are not learning from their failures. The overall culture is very toxic, HR overlooks behavior of long tenured employees, to the point that they can get away with racism or behavior that would not be tolerated elsewhere. If you are a minority, I seriously advise you to reconsider working here. You should do your homework and ask former employees who have left recently. Attrition in the recent months has been off the charts.
