Pros
There's a good atmosphere, Employees are highly involved in their business. Even in these difficult times where the targets have never been so high, we keep our heads held high and we stick together.
Cons
I have seldom seen such haughty and uninvolved leadership that doesn't care about people but only their own interests. Sales teams across all companies must meet their own targets, except at Netapp! First, there's the leadership and its goals (important for buying expansive cars), and above all, there's a lot of time spent self-promoting on TV shows; supporting the teams is not a priority. Anyway, they don't even know their name and never say "hello". Most importantly, there's no mixing with others. Never! Especially in elevators (I'm surprised they haven't privatized one for exclusive use).
