Pros
From my experience, NetApp does an excellent job of letting their employees manage their day to day. Employees are empowered to do their job and because of that, I think many are hardworking, trustworthy and respectful.
Cons
Like any big corporation, there is bureaucracy and meaningful change can take time if you are not in an executive role. I won't go as far to say it's hard to have an impact, but if you aren't around the right people, I could see where some may experience challenge.
