Pros
As a whole great company, still lots of great people, great atmosphere to learn from great customers, good benefits, good work environment.
Cons
internal people to leaving and external people as the main source of staffing has created loss of culture. Company is stuck doing thing the way they have been for 3,5,10+ years. There is a "my way or the highway" mentality. Failed to get the jump on almost every major trend in the industry for the last 3-5 years despite the company having all the technology and tools to be first to market. red tape internally its absolutely staggering.
