Great people to work with, mostly.
Cons
Total mess with lots of politics and processes that just get in the way of innovation. Lack of ability to create products internally, lack of ability to properly integrate acquired companies efficiently. Lack of ability to retain the best talent of the company. Persistent, and increasing rounds of layoff, quarter after quarter in attempts to hide the real problem of the company: lack of innovation and hence declining revenues.
