Pros

Facility gets updated, They recently expanded the building making more jobs and more growth. One of the only suppliers of sway bars means more of a monopoly and job security. Good benefits. Co-workers are mostly good people.

Cons

Some unfair activity goes on here. grabbing bars with your hand making a fist all day eventually destroys your hands in tubular. If your in solids, you have to lift heavy bars all day, also destroys your hands. Paint is hard on your back from bending over all day. Assembly is the easiest on your body. They keep the same people on the ovens and it never changes in tubular, these people get paid the exact same as those who work very hard on the punch lines, so that's completely unfair considering the oven is easier. Every workplace has their children, so expect grown adults to run and tattle tale on you. If your a woman, you'll get away with more. Meetings are paid but happen too frequently causing you to come in about an hour earlier than your scheduled shift. They let you know way in advance but some people forget sometimes. It gets really hot, or really cold depending on the weather outside.
