Pros
There are some really good people that work here, some are super friendly, helpful and down to earth. It is these people that make it a nice place to work, the work itself is not always so rewarding. Sadly, more and more of the good people have been leaving or are actively seeking other opportunities or have already left. I left earlier this year and get asked weekly by "Rollers" to be a reference for them or if where I am at now has any openings. It confirms I made the right decision to leave.
Cons
It seems attracting and retaining talent is becoming more of a problem. The culture or tone of the company seems to have evolved and not entirely for the better. There is little room for promotion upwards, pay is meh, snacks seem to be on the decline, the office's condition and location, the two faced leaders (they only seem nice on the surface, but when push comes to shove), The turn over is on the rise. The reasons provided cause intelligent ones to raise an eyebrow, peeps please don't believe everything they tell you, seriously!. The culture, that some rave about is blemished, deep down its a dog eat dog world, trust no one and watch your back. Lots of other companies out there that have better cultures, catered food, better comp and leaders that do not behave like frat boys.
