Pros
This company has a lot of snacks
Cons
I'm not sure where to begin. There's a "Boy's Club" at the top.. literally. Look at leadership of the company No 401(k) matching... again employees have been asking for this for years yet still not a thing. (again think of a 12+ year old company, in the Bay Area, that isn't offering this) Software Bloat - The internal infrastructure of this company hasn't been maintained or updated in years and makes it almost impossible to accurately track performance KPI's The HR team is open to providing confidential information at the drop of a hat. You have a conflict - well they'll tell you exactly who made a complaint about you and tell you to deal with it yourself. No Solid Strategy for the entire company. There has been a push for "IPO" in the past two years... but no talk about HOW to actually achieve that. "Product, product, product" has been the only answer. Not - "We're looking to target specific audiences with this PRODUCT, and we're going to have the sales team do [thing 1], [thing 2], [thing 3] in an effort to grow market share XYZ." Nothing with that level of detail or understanding has been provided... just chanting "IPO!"
