No one is happy here. Upper management does nothing while teams lower in the hierarchy are worked to exhaustion. Some people work very hard and others are very lazy and are still valued. There is a strange culture of "no outsiders" so if you're looking for a job here, prepare to be an outcast. All company leaders are white men, some are very aggressive and very inappropriate, especially when talking to/about women. Minimal diversity.
