Would absolutely not recommend - Anonymous employee Nextbite Employee Review

It's been hard to say goodbye to talented Nextbite employees recently as we’ve shifted our business strategy. Although it saddens me to hear that you did not enjoy all of your time with us, I do appreciate that you are engaging us in “straight talk” about your experience. We believe Virtual Kitchens will continue to provide consumers even more options in the future and will help restaurants thrive year after year. Nextbite will always be looking to innovate in this space, which involves testing new ideas, and learning along the way what will make them truly successful. Lastly, I’m discouraged to read the comments about diversity. We have really strived to create an environment that celebrates and commits to diversity in people and thought. We have tried to reinforce this commitment in everything from how we interview to development and promotional opportunities.
