Plenty opportunities for overtime Workload is fairly distributed

Cons

Majority of staff on production line are spanish speaking only. Not recommended if you dont speak spanish Machines are unpredictable, your week depends on how well they can be maintained

it's a place where who you know matters way more than what you know, and leadership hasn't shown any real interest in fixing that. Honestly, a lot of people leave for two main reasons: the pay doesn't come close to matching the work you put in, and some managers behave inappropriately toward employees, making vulgar or inappropriate comments with zero accountability.
