Pros

NCHC cares about employees and people who leave negative reviews are usually weeded out from the company because they are not performing to standards. Its sad to see negative reviews on this site because usually the people that are the sour grapes are the ones leaving them, not the hundreds of happy employees. People are genuine and caring and its a positive work environment. People get along and that is rare in busy, stressful health care companies.

Cons

It is work and you are expected to pull your weight. If you don't, they don't put up with slackers. So prepare to be pushed.

Co workers are cool, WI state retirement is nice if you stay long enough to be vested

Cons

Micromanaged Spoke to condescendingly Demeaned and degraded by management Management does not help, even when short staffed Management only speaks negatively of team, never recognizes positive things Need to ask permission to go to bathroom or get a drink of water HR does nothing to help
