The work can be challenging at times

Decent pay for around the area.

Constant turnover (orientations are held nearly twice a month), bad management who micromanage with old-school mindset (i.e. "we've done it this way, so we'll keep it this way"), preemptive and passive aggressive policies based on previous employees' actions and not current (no WFH even in bad weather conditions). Trainers will say they are "there for you" but will throw you under the bus when things go south. Department employees pretend to have culture and care for clients but bad mouth situations, clients, and colleagues behind closed doors.
