We pride ourselves in doing what we can to take care of our employees. Unfortunately, like all government contractors, we are constrained by the terms of our contracts. If you don't believe your compensation is fair or appropriate we encourage to have that discussion with your OBXtek supervisor or our human resources department.

We were geographically separated from the main headquarters, so we only got to interact with top leadership occasionally,
