Pros

OBXtek was a good company to work for.

Cons

Having multiple job duties and only getting paid for one job. Also, sometimes PMs overstep their boundaries but no one ever calls them out on it.

The company took great care of employees. Great benefits and good communication from above.

Cons

We were geographically separated from the main headquarters, so we only got to interact with top leadership occasionally,

Good Leadership, staff, benefits, and your able to grow in terms of your performance.

Cons

Payroll vendor they use is super slow. They need to fix that ASAP.
