Pros
I started with OBXtek, Inc. 3 years ago. I have been in the federal government contracting arena for years and this is the best company by far I have ever worked for. I have worked in corporate and the program sites and the management and support staff is nothing but top notch. Pay is great as well as the benefits. They have just started this year tuition reimbursement each year of $4,000 up from $1500. This is just one example of going a step further foe their employees. They give referral bonuses for employees that also bring in other qualified candidates. OBXtek, Inc is a small company but that is what makes their support system so great. The HR Dept is always available in case needed and their recruiting is through in their vetting process based on the needs of the contract. Everyone in the office is very friendly and the programs staff is also very talented. If you are looking for an employer that makes you feel like part of a family, consider working for this company. You will not be sorry.
