      Most employees work out of the office five days a week, which is really helpful for individuals who are looking to work from home. Coming into the office is optional.

      Cons

      I have only received one raise in the past five years I have worked here.

      We were geographically separated from the main headquarters, so we only got to interact with top leadership occasionally,

      Payroll vendor they use is super slow. They need to fix that ASAP.
