Poor management- directors have so much on their plate that they are rarely physically in their own clinic, company feels cheap-making several new facilities without supporting facilities it already has. Several clinics missing furniture, start up support, basic equipment to make facility function. Often times expectations are income driven rather than client focused. Benefits are trash-California employee has Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah. No DEI/cultural competency training, no SOGIE training, stuck in Mormon beliefs/values.
