They have fired all but two female executives. 3. The only positive reviews on glassdoor are from Jan 2024 and forward because management was incentivized to get staff to post positive reviews. 4. If you have the integrity to challenge the top brass on ethical concerns, you will be bullied until you quit or be fired using false claims against you. 5. YOUR CLINICAL JUDGMENT HAS NO VALUE HERE. Boss-man says "I want to franchise mental health like McDonalds." You will be held accountable for your client's progress but you will not be allowed to do anything other than a prescribed 12 week routine. If you have a client that signed on to the program and doesn't need it, TOO BAD! Sell Sell Sell. If you have a client who needs a higher level of care, TOO BAD. Risk their lives to collect their insurance. CEO literally said "everyone has a rich uncle that can pay for it even if they can't."
