On the topic of flexible working, we believe that both face-to-face interaction and flexibility are important to our teams, and as restrictions lift we will be moving to a hybrid workplace. The majority of our teams will be in the office two coordinated days a week and have the option to work remotely for the rest of the week. On top of this, for 6 weeks of the year, in the summer and around New Years, our teams will be able to work remotely.
