Pros

Work from home once a week. 20 PTO days starting off. The environment is relaxed with casual dress. Coworkers are friendly and happy to help.

Cons

Promotions are slim. Raises are slim. Bosses are not equipped for their position. Parking is very expensive on a day-to-day basis but add in game days or big concerts and you're looking at $20 parking.

Pros

Salaries are higher than elsewhere in the city.

Cons

There are reasons the salaries are higher than elsewhere in the city -- this business has many detriments.
