I have been with OnShift for just over a year now, it is one of the best places I've ever worked! We have an awesome team of employees with strong leadership who want to do make a difference in the industry! OnShift has a growing mindset with a bright future and it is an exciting time to be a part of the organization. Other perks include casual environment, competitive pay and benefits, work from home policy, holiday events/parties, great location and nice people!

Cons

Lots of changes in the past six months, but it's an exciting time to be here! Might need to update work from home policy in the future. Parking can get expensive, especially on event day but there is a flexible spending option for employees.
