Okay company to work for. Good flexibility, and fully remote for most employees. Option to purchase parent company stock (Brown and Brown) is pretty cool.

They need more staff but don't want to pay for more people. If you've been here awhile, you're probably grossly underpaid. Coming in as a new hire might be better.
