Pros
Excellent working conditions, management, and coworkers. Facility has been completely remodeled and is nice to work in each day. Management for Siemens Healthineers is very hands on, friendly and actually cares about their employees. You are given the tools and guidance needed to perform your work, but managers do not micro manage.
Cons
Post COVID, employees should have more of a voice for remote, work at home potential. Managers make these decisions only, and while most departments continue at least a hybrid model, some do not and are not given an option, although members of their team who worked remote during the pandemic remain at home. Others were not given a choice, so the playing field is not even.
