Executive management, including Mr. Gorski are horrible at communicating and only like people that have good things to say. If you put something in the suggestion box that they dont like, they chastise you. If you are male, then you will do ok. But females- beware!!!! They dont like women unless they are just regular working employees. They also yell alot at managers and cuss and bully!!!!! While there are several males in upper management, only 1 female member of executive management and she plays games and flirts with Mr. Gorski. No exagerating or lying! None. They could've been sued many times over.
